Purchasing & Payment

When an order is made on this website, we record sufficient personal details to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your credit card information on this site. When you purchase goods on this website your payment details are processed securely through a secure payment gateway. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.

Orders will be accepted by Chati Chai Limited, for delivery in New Zealand only. All payment transactions are billed in New Zealand Dollars.

Chati Chai Limited reserves the right to limit the number of goods purchased per customer.

Product Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of all products shown on this site, at any one time there may be an item unavailable. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the purchaser will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another product.


All prices in the shop are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ). The postage, packaging and handling charge will be added at the checkout area and payment section of the online shop. Prices shown at time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by Direct Debit, Mastercard or Visa. We will not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

Postage & Delivery

The Chati Chai Limited delivery service is prompt and efficient and we ship domestically using NZ Courier Post for all deliveries. We want to ensure our product reaches you wherever you may be which is why we will only deliver to physical home or business street addresses. Delivery cannot be made to a Post Office Box address. Refunds & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind, did not like the goods or the goods did not suit you. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us at All goods for return must still be in their original state, and a receipt, bank statement or other evidence (such as original packaging) as proof of purchase. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 working days of order. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Freight will be refunded for any product that has arrived damaged.

Due to health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any food items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken.

Chati Chai Limited will endeavour to meet their responsibilities at all times as per the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and The Fair Trading Act that apply to all traders who advertise or sell to New Zealand consumers online, so that our customers know their rights are protected under these Acts.
